Need Help! Xbox MS Dashboard Error! Please Read!

Okay, so I have a hard modded Xbox running ExoX as the main dash. In the ExoX dash, there is an option to launch the MS Dashboard (the dash for the original Xbox, you know). So I launch it, I then go to Settings>Video. Yeah, so I'm messing around with it, so I decide to click on Widescreen for the video option (even though I'm not on a widescreen T.V.). Then, the Xbox just freezez. I restart it, and now everytime I try to boot the MS Dashboard, an error comes up saying:
"Oops! Something is wrong!

Is there any way to change the settings back the Normal on the MS Dashboard (Settings>Video>Normal) without accessing the MS Dash? I connected to my Xbox via FTP, I saw a folder called "xboxdashdata.185ead00" which has the files for the MS Dash. Could someone send me a backup of it? Thanks. Also, in that folder, I found a file called "settings_video.xip", can someone send me a backup of this one? Thanks a bunch!!!
