Although the first game of the season was on Thursday, today the majority of teams are playing.

Today (Times are EST):

Baltimore at Tampa Bay - 1:00 PM
Atlanta at Carolina - 1:00 PM
Denver at St. Louis - 1:00 PM
Buffalo at New England - 1:00 PM
Philadelphia at Houston - 1:00 PM
New Orleans at Cleveland - 1:00 PM
Seattle at Detroit - 1:00 PM
NY Jets at Tennessee - 1:00 PM
Cincinnati at Kansas City - 1:00 PM
Chicago at Green Bay - 4:15 PM
Dallas at Jacksonville - 4:15 PM
San Francisco at Arizona - 4:15 PM (Go Niners! >_>)
Indianapolis at NY Giants - 8:15 PM

And on Monday:

Minnesota at Washington - 7:00 PM
San Diego at Oakland - 10:15 PM

Too bad football sucks. Too many commericals, too many fat people who purchase 2 seats just to fit there fatass. Players get paid too much to do alot of nothin, and get tired after running one play. It takes 50 people to say, "hey, lets pass it" or "hey, lets run it". America is fat because of football. An assload of time outs, 4 quarters and a half time. I mean, just look at the people who sit outside after the games. There weight combined would equal 8 trillion, thats almost how much our national debt is.

Too bad all sports suck. I still haven't grasped the point of beating each other up just to get a oblong ball into a section of grass. Also, you posted this in a forum about halo modding I don't think that many people care about football here (or am I just being stereotypical?).

No you miss understood me, what I mean by my statement is that people mainly come here to discuss halo modding and then hang out with the people that discuss halo modding, so we're mostly nerds (another stereotype maybe?) that don't like football(man I'm full of stereo types).

I told you I was being stereo typical. But anyways I'm not bashing it because I can't play it. I could and I believe I would own, I'm pretty big compared to the guys that play football. I have never just seen the point in getting the football in the end zone. But don't assume that I don't understand it, I do understand the game, I know the scoring and I know the penalties and what not. Sports have just never appealed to me, thats it.

But contribute to this thread besides the whole "Football sucks" deal. Fun, my brother and my dad are gonna be hogging the TV now, good thing I don't watch to much TV anymore.

Damn, the Niners almost came back and tied the game.

I might just have to watch a game because I just installed my high-def cable for my HDTV. I'm not a fan of any particular sports, but I'll watch them if I'm bored.
