what not to do with other people at work

k so, i have a friend at work who makes up stuff a lot. and i guess he recently got a girlfriend, but i had my doubts. so i asked him for her number, and like a dumb**** he gave it to me.
today, me and one of my other friends called her to see if they were really going out, she said they're just talking. so i thought ok, i caught him in a lie.
when i got home today, i got on aim on a username i recently created and i started talking to this weird girl that goes to a highschool in my town. i eventually gave her his number, and his name and told her to call it sometime so "we" could hang out. (knowing she would because of previous experiences, bad ones.)
a few minutes after i got done talking to her, my friend (the one that was there when i called today) called me and told me how pissed off the other guy is because i keep talking to girls hes involved with. first this one girl i asked out last month that he called "dibs" on, and now his current "girlfriend." so now that i find out hes so pissed off, i had to undo that other girl.
so the moral of the story is, dont do too much stuff to piss somebody off in one day. im just glad i dont have to work with him till next week. the joys of being immature and bored.
