My friend and I were talking about this and he said one of the things they wish to get out of this deal would be to have a CPU and GPU on the same chipset, such a thing would be easier for enterprise solutions and businesses because there are less parts to buy.

Of course, the more X's you put in the name of a computer product the more money you can charge for it.
