I just set my camera on a timer, and had it take a 4 second exposure. They look pretty cool when viewed at full size

ahh i love bottle rockets. i had to stop using them when i was like 11 because i did 12 of them at one time and it scared the neighbors dog so bad that he ran away.

careful my friend blew off a chunk of his finger a couple days ago saving a little kid that lit an m-80 and just held it, thing woulda blown the kids hand off. cool though, as long s youre safe.

Last time I messed with Bottlerockets I got arrestedzorz, they are illegal here. Not to mention we were in a desert field shooting them at eachother.

bottle rockets are illegal here too

but the cops don't really care (the guy that provides me with teh illegals is a cop himself)

To my knowledge they were legal, not that it really bothered me either way.

those images would make some cool photoshop brushes. i gotta try that 3-4 second exposure thing.

get one of those firecrackers that flash like a strobe light, light it, find a way to get it waaay up in the air, and do the exposure thing, so you get a bunch of bright dots in an arc. that'd be sweet.

or just play target practice with pvp pipes and bottlerockets. much easier to aim them, especially when the back end of the pipe is taped off. shoulder-launched fun! ^_^

ooooh im gonna dl that later when i get home from work.

edit: all i did was use the fire filter in gimp under nature. very very easy to do.

well, i've gotten around to attempting to make brushes. well, technically i already made them, but they suck. i'm gonna keep working on it and attempt to poduce some good ones though. i'll post back with 'em if they get good enough.
