I realize that this post should go into free things thread but nobody goes to the fourth page so nobody sees my post and also this a a different subject.
I read the terms and conditions but am having a tought time understanding them, yes I no I am retarted. But in these two conditions what would be considered fraudulently completed and another question what is a IRS W-9 form and how dose it effect me now and later and will I have to pay anything at anytime. If somebody could help me with my retarted questions that would be great.

O one more thing im looking at terms and conditions under recipt at freepay.com and im going for a laptop
(c) After a user receives a product, if we determine that he or she fraudulently completed the requirements, we have the right to take legal action against
the user.
(d) If you are a U.S. resident and your free product reward from Gratis Internet is valued at more than $600, you will be required by federal law and any applicable state law to claim the value of your reward. Therefore, an IRS W-9 form will be provided to you via email. This form must be completed in its entirety and returned to Gratis Internet in order to receive your free product reward from us.

After a user receives a product, if we determine that he or she fraudulently completed the requirements, we have the right to take legal action against the user.
This is basically saying you have to complete the proceedings in a legal way. Fradulent means doing things such as registering however many emails you need yourself to get all the referrals, since it was all you, if they find out they can sue you.
If you are a U.S. resident and your free product reward from Gratis Internet is valued at more than $600, you will be required by federal law and any applicable state law to claim the value of your reward. Therefore, an IRS W-9 form will be provided to you via email. This form must be completed in its entirety and returned to Gratis Internet in order to receive your free product reward from us.
This means that if what you win is valued at above $600 you will receive an IRS form in email. It is basically paying taxes on winnings, since winnings are taxed. If you don't claim the reward, meaning you don't declare you have it the IRS will take legal action as well. So your laptop I assume is worth more than $600 which means you have to pay taxes on it, but I don't really think they are all that much.

Of course you need to complete an offer. That's how the freepay site and the "free offer" site get money. People are always clicking every single offer to see which one costs the least. Well every time you click the link to the offer site, both that site and the freepay site get money. The website would have to send you your free iPod or whatever, because it would be fraudulent if they didn't. But they manage to stay up because they're making a profit off of everyone who searches for the cheapest "free offer."

it seems like a geat deal, but if they were giving you a $600 toy for $15 in clicking, there's something else they get from you that's worth it. like an email address, or something even more sensitive.

Ya but they have a offer I realy want and if its legiet I can at least give it a try for a xbox 360 whats the worse that could happen. Also is it illegal to make 8 address and reffer each of them and then place offer threw them.

yeah, that'd be winning via fraudulent means. they want you to spread word to people that exist so they get more traffic, thus more income. it's kind of like a chain letter except the creators get rich.
