A crappy videogame-to-movie movie directed by an overrated inexperienced hack of a director who'll probably name it

Not that I care too much, I'm not going to watch it. I imagine it'll be just another fanboy movie craze that'll make it's way to #1 on imdb because OMG IT'S HALO!!!111one!

He probably would, but I could care less. If he bases it off the books which he probably will, it will be awsome. You cant judge a movie off of one directors cockyness.

Besides I think he did a good job on a lot of his movies like Lord of the Rings, he didnt call it "Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings" did he? In fact the only time ive seen him do that to the title was with King Kong, but that didnt ruin the movie did it? No.

Peter Jackson is definitely overrated.

He's not even directing this, he's producing it. Right?

As long as its not live action I will go see it. It had better be CGI like the final fantasy movie, if they really want high profile actors in there have them do the voice talent. I think it would be funny if Patrick Stewart did the admiral guy.

It'd be nice if they used the original voice acting for all the characters, and include that whiny squeal for the grunts.

I don't know why I just got this thought, but it seems like Morgan Freeman would play a good role as Sargeant Johnson. I'd like to see people from Bungie like Joseph Staten actually doing the voices for the characters.

It will be so stupid if they don't use the original Halo characters voice's for the movie.
Although I wouldn't give a shit if they used a different voice for the MC's voice... he consantly sounds constipated in Halo 2.

Either way I'm gunna go see it so I can judge it accordingly/correctly.

They could make it live action starring Justin Timberlake and I would still go see it. It's the Halo movie, and I probably have the $9.50 to go see it stuffed between my couch cushions.

Reasons: #1: Halo is the best game series, and #2: That guy who makes movies based on games crappy is not directing it.

i might not go see it, it depends. i'll probably judge it on commercials (live action or cgi?) and even then, anyone that goes is getting a major hit to their reputation, lol. my forecast is it might be a good action movie, but probably not a serious one.

I nominate Carmen Electra to be Cortana, and that one mutant guy from "The Goonies" to play the Flood. Lawrence Fishbourne or James Earl Jones to be Johnson.

yeah peter jacksons gonna make it but i still think its gonna suck like doom 3 and all those video game movies that were bad
