All you have to do is dump them into the programs folder eg c:\program files\milkshape\
It should then load the program eg milkshape if you've had error report messages.

Your still not giving enough information.
What errors will they fix? How? What will happen to my project (in Milkshape)?
Etc.

I think what he means is if you try to open lets say, Milkshape, but Milkshape is messed up and if you try to open it, it gets an error and doesn't open it. With his program, it opens it anyway?

if you want to keep windows from opening the "send error report" thing you can disable that in the control panel and settings. i forget exactly how, but you don't need external apps to do it.

and if i don't know exactly what files or programs do, i'm not putting them on my pc.

No they don't but actaully giving out dll files is illegal without the permission of the owner of the program.
