Fixed about 100 programs for me just put em in the program folder.
Not garrunteed to work only chance of them working is if you get a send error report message.

I think what he means is if you try to open lets say, Milkshape, but Milkshape is messed up and if you try to open it, it gets an error and doesn't open it. With his program, it opens it anyway?

if you want to keep windows from opening the "send error report" thing you can disable that in the control panel and settings. i forget exactly how, but you don't need external apps to do it.
and if i don't know exactly what files or programs do, i'm not putting them on my pc.
