Hey everyone, i have been browsing here for a while, just havent really done too much imput. I have made a website. (not halo related) and i was hoping to get some opinions on it. www.stoplight.tk just give it a quick look and tell me what you think. if that link doesnt work try www.stoplight.profusehost.net

I like the color-changing banner, but you probably should have made red slowly fade to yellow, slowly fade to green, slowly fade back to red, etc. It's kind of annoying as it is right now. And please do post this in the website thread, if anywhere.
