Run Windows on Xbox

This may not be the place to talk about this, so tell me if it isn't.
I read on xbox-scene that you could actually install Windows on a modded Xbox. (Yes, I also read the part saying it was super slow and I don't really care) My questions are:
A) Will windows (98SE or XP, don't know yet) recognize the nVidea graphics card?
B) Will windows recognize the network adapter?
C) How much does the XBox keyboard (the one that only works with one game) cost?
I've been informed that I should just use a standard USB keyboard. That sucks.. I don't have a USB keyboard...
D) Since the XBox uses a modified USB with a different shape and an extra wire, can I make an xbox->USB bridge?
Yes, I can. Got to do that... I have a port I can use (from an extender) and I can just wire it up... Hope it's color coded...
If you think I should just go to xbox-scene to ask these questions, I will in a minute. I just wanted to ask around before I go about getting a mod chip.

I think
www.xbox-scene.com would be the best place to ask this, but I'm pretty sure someone got 98 to run on it at one point, I don't think XP is possible because of the system requirements, the xbox only has a little more than 100MB of ram and a 390mhz processor, plus the architecture of XP won't accept the xbox hardware I'm sure.

No, the only reason that there was a port for linux was because it was open source. The same is not going to happen for windows.

The Xbox runs an IBM PowerPC processor, completely different architecture than Intel's i386 that Windows is designed to run on. You can boot old versions of Mac OS on it though, because Macs use PowerPC processors, I'm not sure if the guys who did it released the code yet though. Although I'm sure everyone would love the irony of turning your Xbox on and seeing the Apple logo flash on.

O.K. I guess you are right. But lots of people still don't know the difference between Halo Modding and Xbox Modding.

Xbox can run Linux, Mac OS, and other cutomized operating systems, but not windows. The Proccesor is imcompatible, and the acritecture of the motherboard is completely different. You would need to do some major editing of the Windows hardware BIOS and some other editing of the Windows operating system in order to acomplish the task.
EDIT:

Um...Apple's operating system doesn't support many programs that people use for the Xbox modding, or modding in general. 70% of all people use microsoft's Windows. However, if you devolope some program for the Mac OS that you want your Xbox to use then it would be a good choice.

I never said anything about modding the Xbox with Mac OS, I said that it is in theory possible to run Mac OS
on an Xbox, because the architecture is similar.

Oh, well......Yeah, Linux is difficult....You have to code it yourself......

Luckily there are plenty of Linux enthusiasts out there though who keep creating great content.

There are already built Linux versions, such as Red Hat and Caldera, they are user friendly and you don't have to code them. However, I still prefer Windows.
Let's get back on topic before the Admins and moderators get angry.

Because... there's no reason to?

I would love to have Windows on an Xbox. But it depends on what version of Windows. Personally, I would like to have Windows XP Media Center on my Xbox because that is what I have on my computer, and I love it!!

Then again, that's a differant type of console. It could be possible, it could not be possible. Unless you asked Bill Gates directly and he answered truthfully, or you tried it, you couldn't be 100% sure.
