LOL i was downloading something and when it got to 100% it was still loading and it took 17 minutes to finish LOLL WTF!!!

apparently so. its not here is it? Well Fourn, this Happend to me a lot on steam. what really pisses me off is, when a Download hits 100%, then locks up and says its not responding.

my computer downloads put some times it will download like a 100 mb in 5 mins and some times it downloads 10 mb in 5 mins dont know why but i wish it downloaded at 100 mb every 5 mins
