I think that ?! denotes a question with emphasis, its what I always do, and !? denotes an exclamatory question, like a rhetorical question. Arbitrary, but I think ?! is correct in most cases.

Yes ?! is correct.Even though grammatacly incorrect.You can't write that in an essay.
