alright you know how microsft sent like half of their xbox 360's to japan. i have been looking for weeks for a place i can get one. geuss what surprise all sold out... then it dawned on me something i din't notice before ps3 is scheduled for release in spring. here is my problem halo 3 comes out to rival it this spring and xbox 360's are preordered out till march in my town and all others near it. i wont be able to get halo 3 till nearly summer. why do you do this to me microsoft i know you hate me for all those emails but why i almost wanna boycott the xbox because of their betrayal of their loyal fans for those japenese nintendog lovers

Oh my gosh! I hate Bill Gates because he's trying to get 360's out to other people other than americans because he's sick and tired of people yelling at him that he's slow when they can't even program a simple text editing program.

no its just that it seems like bill gates hates us or something we are the #1 buyers of his stuff and he sells all of it to japan wtf is up with that man use common since i used to like msft for a little while till this i mean that was plain wrong i would write him a letter or something to tell him how crappy he is and he should give me one but then he would destro my cpu and my xbox when i get and like install a chip in me while im sleeping that anytime i say xbox or microsoft it'll shcok the hell out of me

well, im getting a 360 for my bday in february, i reserved 3. if its not illegal then maybe u could send me $375, i will send u the 360, and then the change that i got, as the $50 dollars i spent to preorder it goes towards the final price. so i am not trying to steal or anything, just IM or PM me over aim or Halomods if u are interested

Just be patient like what mac_user said. You don't understand the angle.

1.) The X Box360 is popular where you live. Even where I live it's so popular, I probably wont get one 'till Summer.
2.)Microsoft is fighting a losing Battle against Sony for territory in Japan. If they make it more available, they think that they'll buy a XBox360.
3.)Bitching about not getting one will NOT make them come to you faster.
4.)Microsoft prolly doesnt even notice you flooding their emails. they have millions of customers everywhere. Besides, they wont notice. All the Email and customer help stuff's been outsourced to India.
5.) one person Boycotting won't even leave a dent in microsoft's armor. They'd let one person be upset but have an opportunity for thousands of Japanese to buy one.

That's the number one reason why. Xbox sales are so few in Japan it's not even funny... well, it is. I remember about two or three years ago EGM did a top ten games in Japan column and there was one Xbox game on the list. Can you guess what it was? That's right, it was an arcrade Galatica-style game, and it was number seven or something like that. Fact is the Xbox never made it big in Japan, and with this stunt of sending most of the shipments to Japan, Microsoft thinks they'll actually amount to that. I doubt it now; there was a time when Americans thought things that were made in Japan were of low quality and always broke. Now it's the other way around. The Japanese don't want to touch American-made things because they think it's of poor quality compared to what they do.

hehe stupid microsoft I betrayed you by buying a psp for christmas *laughs* *strange men in black suits break into the room* me= WTF?!?!?!!1 o_O *they put me in handcuff and I go to jail fo 10 DECADES for buying a psp -_- DUUNN DUN DUUUUUNNNNN. I would've gotten a 360 if they were in stock though.

I wouldn't buy that xbox360 piece of junk. The games it has already, just plain suck. I'm eyeing the ps3, if I ever achieve enough money to buy the dang thing! The boot errrors and crappy games for the xbox 360 don't pareticularly attract me. I watched the preview for the PS3, and whooooooo! 7 wireless controllers, TONS of games, not to mention AWESOME games!

On the flipside, I am never buying a console ever again. The games just plain capitol S, Suck. This may be contradictory, but I won't buy one. The control scheme sucks, and the games that get 'ported' to the console usually suck in their own right of suckiness! I actually paid 50 dollars for that piece of s*** Dleta Force Black Hawk Down. Then I wasted 50 dollars renting Conker(glitches really pissed me off) , next I rented Battlefield two for the xbox, what a let down that was. I play America's Army now, and on the PC to. I saw the screenshots for the America's Army for the xbox, the graphics were s*** and I bet the actual game was as bad as the graphics were! I tell you, the Government really knows how to make a game though! I just got version 2.5 of America's Army today, and it runs so well on my computer, despite how old and crappy it (my computer...) is!

Did I mention I got BHD for christmas? Bah! They thought I could trade it in for something ( ).... Oh, this time it was for PC...

I hate people who say they hate Microsoft. If you hate them so much, then (*gasp*) don't buy their console. Don't buy their games. Don't buy their software. And don't use their operating system. Oops, looks like most people are completely dependent on Microsoft for even the most elementery computer operations, don't bite the hand that feeds you.
