Xfire's not very good. You should get Teamspeak, Ventrilo, or Skype. They're all voice chat programs, so you don't have to stop in the middle of your game to type on Xfire.

I know that. I used to have Xfire. But you can't move MC while you talk, so it's not as good as the three above.

Google Talk has good sound quality, but you can only do a 1 on 1 chat. The other three I mentioned all have large rooms.

Teamspeak: Depending on the server, up to 50,000 people can join a server.

Ventrilo: Depending on the server, up to 50 people (usually 20).

Skype: Conference can hold up to 6 people.


So I'm sticking with my original plan, that Teamspeak, Ventrilo, and Skype are the best team chat programs. Especially good for clan matches.

I use both TS and XFire. Xfire for My clan and TS for communication in server.

I like skype the most, I think it has the best sound quality.

No, don't get Skype, they're in direct competition with the company my dad works for. :P
