HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok, I checks fpsbanana, but they didnt have a good tut on installing skins. I followed what leads they had, but I could never see the skins I dled. I installed a Easy team distinguishing skin and it made everyone Red and Blue. I had to reinstall steam to get it all off. The instructions to install the color distinguishment skin was to put it into steamapps>Counter Strike Source. but apparently the other skins dont follow these directions.

So can someone Help me out??
