i have sent a private message and it has been in my out box for like 10 days what could i do to get it sent

if it's in your outbox, that means it was successfully sent

no then it would be in your sent box
or is it, it is in your outbox if it was sent and they didnt read it and then when they read it it goes to your sentbox

Wes is right, if it's in your outbox, it's been successfully sent. You're also right about it changing to the sentbox after it's been read by the recipiant.
