earlier today at school i was look at games and stuff so i look at bungie, looked through the game . it was saying that modding is now legal. if this shouldnt b discussed, deleted or lock the topic..

this site is editable by any one so i dont know if it was done as a joke or not but if the modding is legal, id prolly consider gettin one..

Ok, the way it works is this: You can mod your box. It's your box to do with as you wish so they legally can't stop you. What you CAN'T do is put copyrighted material on your box.
It's similar to Limevirus, er, Limewire being legal to own, but it's illegal to download copyrighted files with it. Clear as mud? Thought so.

wait, so modding is legal, but donloading software for it is illlegal?
