Half-Life 2: Lost Coast

Post by The_Hushed_Casket »

I was wondering if anyone had played Lost Coast, it was just released yesterday. For everyone who doesn't know, Lost Coast is a release of a level for Half-Life 2 that wasn't released with the game, so Valve remade the level with HDR lighting, textures, and higher poly models. The system requirements are much higher of course and my computer barely met the requirements, but even then it was gorgeous, everyone with a copy of Half-Life 2 can get it fro free, its really cool.

Ehh a little dissapointing. Kinda short for my liking but still had good graphics, but my crappy laptop graphics card barely did anything for LC. Also very little enemies in this level. I'm more interested in Gary's Mod of which 9.0 was realeased today.

I've been playing with Garry's too, that mod will never get old.

It doesnt. You need a 2.2 or 2.4 giga hertz processor to get is working without skipping.
