Do you really "LOL"?

I'm just really curious. People say "lol" all the time!!!!!!! But do you really actually laugh out loud? I usually don't. I usually just blow a little air out my nose in a pathetic attempt at something I call a laugh.
What do you guys think?

yeah what does BBQ have to do with laughing though, i never got that.
so whenever i saw someone say OMFWTFLOLBBQ it would make me laugh really hard lol (when i said that lol, i actually laughed)
