Well, if you plan to be successful, you will need to get a domain. Talk to heywhatisupdude8 on AIM for good hosting. He is Yomama here on halomods. Then go to phpbb.com and get the free forum package.

Define MAKE, becuase making a forum from scratch is a really hard process. That includes writing all the code for it, and processes and doing the GUI interface, man it really kills.
Or just get a open source board like phpBB, or vBuleting, or IPB, you know the drill.
