I Just Joined Today And Need to Understand Some Things

i just joined halomods today but i have known phpBB style from
High Impact Halo.org scince may. i just want to kno if there are any other rules i should know about at halomods.
I don't understand how that Grunt Arbiter Elite Hunter Enforcer thing works. it would probably be a good thing to get to an elite. or higher. how does that system work?
I also would like to know if there are rules on sites to upload videos to. on HIH, all sites are allowed. that includes useruploads.mythica.org, putfile.com, rapidshare.de, picafile.net, picapic.net, etc. those are popular ones.

lol.... if these ranks were used on the Gearbox forums i'd be an Elite before this time next year.... +100 posts in the first month I joined there, and NOT EVERYTHING WAS SPAM! Well, some of it was, but the vast majority wasn't....

welcome to the forums,you can view all the rules and basics here by going to the news section. thers lots of stickys and announcements that will help u out. reading the sickys and announcements in other forums is a good idea also
