ok heres how it goes
one person posts what their favorite weapon is and explains why they like it
i'll start
Sniper rifle (i know a lot of people are going to say this)
i like it because i'm really good with it (really good with no-scopes)
and i like that it kills in two or one shot(s)

Battle rifle, I love it, cuz most people dont know how to use it effectively.

Other than aim for the head..

My favourite would have to be either Sniper Rifle or Battle Rifle.
Good with both and both can score headshots!

Agreed. And because once I get it, I can take out anything at short to mid range.

Beam Rifle

- Just as strong as the sniper rifle.
- No reloads.
- No overheat if you fire slow enough.

Carbine

-Like the battlerifle, but with more shots in the clip.

the scarab gun because it has unlimited battery and no reload and each shot is powerful and it shoots really fast and really far. and also there only one in the game so if u get it first.....everyone dies

I like the Carbine, because like twister said... I can pull the "r" trigger so fast it seems like its Full auto.

Second Fav: Woot! Plasma Pistol + Battle Rifle! Overcharge Plasma Pistol, and shoot at enemy's head with it, if you hit their head, switch to BR and shoot a burst in the head. That makes a kill in 2 seconds, very useful, stronger than sniper actually.

i like the beam rifel, like everyone sais, no reloading and if fired slow enough, no overheats.
the only thing i hate about it is the sound it makes, it just makes me twich in anger when i pull the trigger and that sound comes out. (it might have to do with my attempt to beat metropolis on legendary after i beat the game on easy, the part where you go thru the tunnels and you come out and you have to take out all the covenant, and there is a retard on a warthog that just drives in circles around the enemys, and when you jump down next to the hog he sais "could use you on the gun master chief", well you know that part. well anyways, i snyped out the grunts and elites first, then i had all the jackals left, and i kept dying because of 30 beams flying at me and killing me , so i decided to quit and beat the game on heroic first, then i did then i beat the game on legendary, and i was just fine exept for that damn beam rifel sound irritates me to this day...i think, no never mind, i like the sound, sorry you read all this for nothing)

Not really, the Magnum shoots as fast as your finger can it but the Carbines' just fast. Still good though!

Dual Magnums

OH i forgot about magnums...... i really dont have a favorite weapon, i just hate the sword and sometimes plasma rifels, and plasma pistols (sometimes), Dont you hate it when you are playing a map with starting weapons and random secondary weapons, and you just get two plasma rifels?

I love the needlers! They are abundant on every map, no one else touches them, and if i dual and unload both of them, i have a 42% chance of actually killing the guy.

plasma rifle. It quikly brings down the enemy's sheild for an easy and quick beat down!

shotgun, cause its funny to kill ppl with it
