Mono.

My mom and I think my spleen has gotten bigger so today I had a sonogram (I'm pregnant!) and a X-ray. And my spleen hurts. And that gel smells funny. And I have a headache.

I find it rather pitiful when a situation like this happens:

Say I'm annoyed at something someone has done. I point this out to my friends. One of them proceeds to do whatever I am annoyed by, not realizing that it's not annoying when someone is trying to do it with the intent to annoy right after you say it. It just bothers me that people think it's really funny, when in reality it just makes them look like a babbling idiot.

Example:
"I hate when people don't enunciate 'you're' and instead just say 'your'."
"LOL DEREK YOUR STOOPED"

It's annoying that they try to be annoying, but the thing they are doing isn't annoying. Fucking not being able to explain this.

Yeah my friends do that too.
One of my friends pisses me off, I do something funny and he just stairs at me and makes me look like a dumbass infront of the class, I just want to fucking punch him in the face when he does that.

y'know what pisses me off? i just can't get this gun modeling thing down. i'm getting better, but i'm having trouble with all sorts of things still. and well, y'know, i could just read some tutorials and get beyond that, but the thing is, nomatter how much i search, i can't find any good tutorials on how to make a gun in 3ds max.

i just spent the last hour or two of my life on google trying to find a tutorial to model a gun in 3ds max to no avail. i found one halfway decent galil tutorial, a tutorial to make a cartoony shitpistol, outdated tutorials on how to make a gun with 40 polies, and completely unrelated things.

but wait... what's this? wow, this tutorial looks helpful. modeling a furturistic gun (it's high poly!) and it's a bunch of videos up for download. awesome! wait, what's this? need to register? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

and so, i rant about how there's only a few gun modeling tutorials out there, and even they don't help alot. i'm hoping i'm missing some or something, so any modelers out there, what tutorials did you use to get started? maybe you have free time to make a tutorial? help's appreciated, but so far, i'm just going to sit here trying to learn on my own, liekely in vain....

Trial and error modeling is how I learned, just trying random things to understand how they work, then applying the knowledge to various projects.

Done looking? The plane modeling tutorial linked to in there is extremely good, if you can understand british, and you will want to plane model to for making weapons, and the list of tools in there is really handy.

And to be slightly on topic; Most of the time no one will pick on me, probably because I'm one of the more beastly people in my grade even though I sit on my computer all day and don't really care how big I am.

My Rant is, I get bored of everything I make, I never complete it. I either get very fr in making a quality map, and I run into errors. (500 + STL Check, or plain crashing and having to close the application. All the time.)
Whenever I start a mod, I never finish it, which is why I skin.
I mod all versions of Halo, I think its great, alot of oppurtunities, yet its so hard to do. By Hard I mean time-consuming -.-
