Actually it isn't. The pupil is, in fact, not covering enough of the eyeball. It should be covering the upper-left pixels. The bottom portion is the nose, and is fully correct. The pupil is located correctly, it is merely a few pixels undersized. I am right and you are wrong. I am better.
Actually, upon re-examination, the pupil is fully correct. Enjoy this image:
The lower boundary is his nose, the upper boundary is his brow, and the upper left is a portion above his nose, being partially covered by his brow, which is where the few pixels that appear to not be covered are originating. The only fault is that I used a soft brush instead of a hard brush.
