Here is my schools, while about 50 computers are online in here, and about 200 more within the school's computer labs and every teacher has one online.

I would say as long as there is discussion to be had at all, you should leave it open. I mean, is there any real reason to lock it? Some people may still want to post their stats.

good upload speed, moderately fair download speed.
lately, my DL and UL speed's have been decreasing for some reason... but my computer seems to act the same. weird.
