Caffeine intake topic

Does nobody here drink water?

That was totaly part of the topic question, so I thought I'd ignore it becaue I definately don't ever drink water...........

Water is the liquid I intake most, but of course, when the topic is called Caffeine intake, I don't discuss it. Perhaps in your crazy country they put Caffeine in the water.

Because people here are talking about having x energy drinks per day, and y cups of coffee and it made me wonder if anyone actually drinks water. Ok?

Post here whats your daily caffeine intake i came up with this idea when i was getting my 10th large cup of coffee this morning after only being up for 3.5 hours
i roughly drink about 2 to 2.5 pots of coffee a day this is bad..

I usually drink 3-6 bottles of water a day, or plain seltzer.

One energy drink just about everytime I go skiing (once a week w/ the ski club).
Four cups of coffee the night before a project is due.

Cool! My friends and I get energy drinks before snowboarding as well! That's really the only time I drink them. But I drink way to much sodas. However, My body doesn't gain weight as a rule.

I had a red bull for the first time in god knows how long last night during ski club.

I drink at least 1 can of Guarana Antarctica every day along with my breakfast. For that clean natural feeling.

Have a couple of cups of tea a day and maybe 1-2 Red Bulls a week at most, at least 1 a month.

I dont drink Coffee, dont drink any energy drinks and occationly drink Tea.

its not that its a big deal i just think its kinda interesting to find out what kinda things get ppl going in long conversations that is of interest to a wide variety of people.. back to subject..

I drink alot of caffeine everyday. I work at Starbucks and have to be at work at 5am. Four or so shots of espresso to start the morning and then a couple of more every now and then till about 2pm when I get off work. Funny thing is, I can easily take a nap as soon as I get home.
