Speaking of being in cars, I concentrate on the white or yellow lines on the side or the middle of the road and imagine that the lines are moving. Then I try to make the lines slow down or speed up in my mind, or I make two lines race each other.

I have two:

1) i rip every clip off a pen/pencil cap

2) various car "games" like for instance staring out at the sidewalk and if it is sidewalk that is there then i put my tongue down in my mouth, if there is no sidewalk or it is a driveway or pole (sometime even mailboxes) then i put my tongue on the roof of my mouth.
Or sometime i imagine a little pin in my car's tire that gets shot across the road to a parallel tire and then that tire goes and does the same to the next one and so on and so forth

oh and if i get hot sometimes i have to seperate my toes

I tend to not use pens that have the clip ripped off.. And I really hate using them when they don't have a top >_< OCDOCDOCD

I use only one fountain pen. I have very odd handwriting as well, as if I learnt it by studying a calligraphy book.
