not even gunna read this thread.... just going to put in my two cents...
My house is haunted. The ghost's name is Jane. I have seen her 3 times, my Mom saw her a few times when she lived here, and my buddy Mike was with me when we saw her once...
My house is 110 years old, my father is the second owner of the house. The first owner of it was a doctor, he had the house built for him and his wife. After he passed away the wife just sat in the living room and barely ever left the house. I'm not sure how she died, but my mom said she's seen her in the living room... and I've seen her down there aswell.

My old door, if you closed it too hard, it would sometimes unlock/lock.Xiion wrote:how do you open a light?Cuda wrote:Our doors for some reason get locked and unlocked without anyone doing so, and lights and doors will be open when no one's home.
doors opening are the easiest of paranormal myths, they can be a simple door hatch problem, or the wind. if your lights turn on, or your door gets locked/unlocked, it is most likely that a certain someone is a tad bit forgetful >_>
Ghosts are a spectacular thing. I remember waking up once in my home, walking down stairs, and I could have SWORN I saw a ghost, I know for fact because I was staring at it screaming and it wasn't leaving. It was behind my Christmas tree. I screamed and screamed, and I ran upstairs, My parents asked me whats going on. I told them, they didn't beleive me, I wen't downstairs and there was nothing there.
This happened when I was 6 years old I beleive?
Its not the only time too in that home, I think I saw it one other time, and I remember finding the FREAKIEST doll in my attic that I swear was never there, not sure if it was, but I could've sworn it wasn't. It had buttons for eyes, a stitched mouth and long red hair. It seemed really mad. Freaked me out as a child, gave me some horrible nightmares.
I also heard from my sisters that when we moved in that my family found plane blueprints and all these things for contrustion of vehicles, but they were all old planes mostly, like WWI or WWII planes. I don't remember any of that, but at the time I was extremely young, that might explain why. Or I might have not been alive then.
I'm so happy I moved into this new home. Its 13 years old however. But its big and I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary yet.
Sorry Geo, as much as a cool saying it was, I can't say I agree. How do you know ghosts aren't innocent, how do you know they can actually walk through you as apposed to touch you like real life people do?iGeo wrote:Not worry about them, because they're dead.xlRainlx wrote:not true. The living I can kill, the dead are already dead, so what am I supposed to do to them? >.>
The living can kill you. The dead can lay there. Oh no... fear the dead.
You don't know that, its not like Scientists trap ghosts and experiment with them.. 'cos they don't exist...
Xiion seemed to by physically touched by a "ghost". And I don't think he was just hearing things and was tipsy that night. I also don't think a loud crash would come out of nowhere, and theres nothing there. Sorry makes no sense.
Ghosts are indeed real.

It is true that Humans Fear the unknown... and that our imaginations can run away with us, but it is equally true (but more or less unproven, with speculations rooted in truth I.E. My Observations) that in times of great emotion, particularly that of the negative emotion, such as grief, greed or even *shudder* Hate, that something is created, or can be created. Now what I speak of is in a a very very broad sense, but it is the basic Idea, of that of human spirits, a la Ghosts. Pure Unfathomable Emotion in that of Spirit form seems to be Much Much more sinister , a la the Demon the fallen ones if you will(or there is the Great good such as Angels ). Alas such things happen to be based in belief, which in turn bends an individual

once also, at my sisters house, there is this old mirror and a old clock across from each other, and every time i walked by i got that strange felling, then one time i looked into the mirror and i saw a dead face, i fell right to the floor.

After thinking for a possible solution for the grand total of one(1) minute, I have come to the realization that I have conclusive evidence that ghosts are indeed, real.Xiion seemed to by physically touched by a "ghost". Your argument my good sir... is bulletproof.

Re: Ghost ;O
ok...1 time i woke up from falling asleep on the floor...and there was someone watching me in my doorway. looked kinda like this dude, only it was all black (even though moonlight was on him, he was dark like a shadow)-Legendary- wrote:What do you guys think of Ghost? I have had some weird experiences, like strange noises, (Not the cracks from the sun heating stuff up, then at night when it's cooling off, how it cracks, you know) But like, nothing big like apparitions, (Full body type ghost..) But also my relative said that at our lake house one night, she saw my Grandfather (Not really) in the guest rooms chair. (She was in the Guest room, and said it appeared in the chair.) This chair is where he always sat to read. She said he just rocked and looked at here then disappeared when she screamed. ( I heard the scream, but I was downstairs. She had never seen my Grandfather before, but she described him perfectly. So what are your stories or thoughts on them?

funny enough...i have that toy thing, his finger lights up...and i was freaked out by him when i was little...
Then like last year, i went to go brush my teeth (at like 12 am [midnight]) and then i heard this huge crash...it sounded like my stuff all fell, it was huge...like a big bang (big enough to create a sound...not a world though)
so i walked in my room. and everything was normal...nothing fell.

Thanks ;PVeegie wrote:After thinking for a possible solution for the grand total of one(1) minute, I have come to the realization that I have conclusive evidence that ghosts are indeed, real.Xiion seemed to by physically touched by a "ghost".
