The Limited Edition of Ghosts would be so awesome to have...but $300, kthx, I'm not spending that. $75 on the DE, maybe. I've got to prioritize my spendings for this upcoming year...millions of fun concerts to go to, Prom, car stuff, and now this. :O

I am getting my new vid uploaded to youtube. I got the footage in DX9 with 1024x786 resolution and the framerate is as perfect as it was in 640x480. I love Source Recorder.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DAYS OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!

Nine Inch Nails just released 4 albums all together in one day. I am so happy. When I saw the website I screamed in joy. All the songs are instrumentals, but I don't care the music is just beautiful sounding. The pianos are wonderful.

What's pretty sad, is if I had $300 right now, I'd spend it on the Ultra Delux edition without hesitation. I'm gonna get the $10 one, though :)

My spanish teacher gave us homework we had already done. Not that it would have consumed any of my time, but not having to do it made me smile.

NIN wrote:Unfortunately, the Ghosts I-IV site is down for the next few hours for maintenance.

We quietly released this album last night without any warning, and without any press. Because we know how devoted our fans are, we planned for an overwhelming response, and expected heavy traffic. To our surprise, the traffic was more than three times what we anticipated, and has only been getting heavier throughout the day. The response has been absolutely phenomenal, and we couldn't be happier, but our servers have taken a beating, causing numerous problems with the download site. Our developers, who have been working non-stop to combat the surge of traffic, feel that taking the site down for a few hours to fix some crucial issues is the best way to get things running smoothly again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

While the site is down, you can still purchase the complete Ghosts I-IV here from Amazon's MP3 store for only $5. The MP3s are high quality and DRM-free. You can also order the deluxe and limited edition packages from Artist in Residence.

If you're familiar with BitTorrent, you can download Ghosts I, the first of the four volumes, for free, from our official upload at The Pirate Bay.

If you ordered a download and have not yet been able to retrieve it or have experienced any technical difficulties with the download, your download link will work as soon as the site returns.

Thanks again for the amazing support, and your continuing patience. Watch nin.com for updates during the downtime.

Bolded part's the only important thing, but regardless, good.

Are you freakin' serious? They encourage torrent downloading of their new albums? That's pretty much like giving them away. And I totally thought that was illegal!!!1!11one! :x :x :x

The first album is available for free from their website. They're allowed to distribute their content however they want...rumor has it that Trent Reznor even had an OiNK account.

Don't flatter yourself. It takes about 2 seconds to split posts. Stop posting things with the sole intent of inciting argument with Staff.

Oh yeas? I'm not allowed to make light of the fact the my freedom of speech is being murdered on this site because I happen to annoy a few of the administrative types?

This actually should be a rant, but seeing as I have to reply to your post for it to make sense...

Your freedom of speech...oh please. You're purposefully trying to be a douche.
