Improves sniping.

A lot. I don't know about other people, but I no longer get the bullshit where you aim carefully on their heads and fire and it totally misses.. Just got a 17 - 1 in Team Deathmatch (and the one death could have been easily avoided)

Frickin sweet, but that's just me.
