It's not my opinion, that's just what happens. If you shoot someone and he's not declared dead at the scene, then it's attempted murder. If he goes to a hospital and stays there for a week, then someone pulls the plug (or he just dies) because he's basically dead, then the charge goes from attempted murder to murder.

When it comes to people getting all up in arms over this shit, they're just as equally stupid. People these days are so fucking sensitive over everything. I have a friend who has two homosexual parents and when he hears people say gay or faggot he gets all offended and goes on this little rant, despite the fact that the people who say it use it as a slang expression for stupid or idiot or whatever. It's just negative in general. Fuck those who say it with hatred towards gays, I agree but when he goes on those little rants I just want to hit him. Fucking people...

It's not this generation, similar/worse things have been happening since the dawn of time. We glorify the past and look over the faults that existed. In previous generations having a brown skin color instantly put you into slavery, women had no rights, etc. Unless you have recently decided to live in this world I don't see how this happening can surprise you.

The only reason sexual preference was brought into question is because what the kid did is considered a hate crime. Not to mention, a perfect execution in a fucking middle school. You think that if I walk into my high school, find a straight guy walk up behind him and rest a .38 slug in his head it won't hit the news? What will the headlines read? "STRAIGHT GUY EXECUTES STRAIGHT GUY IN HIGH SCHOOL"? No. It would be called a school shooting, unless i go by race or something then will be defined as a hate crime, even if my original motives are not. Somebody will throw the card. School shootings, hate crime or not will hit the news. If any kid commits a crime with a firearm resulting in the death or maiming of people it will hit the news.

The kid made himself a perfect target. If you see ANY guy wearing heels, makeup, and feminine jewelry,(Pre-Op of course, Surgery is too good these days.) You could spot him in a heartbeat. And don't get all bunched up about it, because I know for a fact you guys would think somethings up.

Of course, the magical land of Bo. AKA hell. Some people here abuse makeup so much they look like people that belong in rehab. My reply was a little too much. I think there could be an option for an "internal segregated class" where the kids that wanted to be apart from the other kids. Let's face it, in high school, there's going to always be at least that one kid who will pick on you mercilessly for being different. Kids just need to stop being offended so easily.

Its a learning process. More happens in public school than just "3 W's". It's learning about how to work in life. These two failed one of many every day tests. Running away from problems is often times doesn't work in the long run. It will catch up. It is a viable solution, the trick is knowing when its best. Knowing that takes time.

Yes, lets all rewrite and brainwash every student to accept everyone, and completely undo Thousands of years of the human thought process. Not to mention, you'd have to have every child born under the same conditions, in the same upbringing, in the same Income range, With the same parents, all so little johnny who loves to read Vogue and Bazaar wears heels, makeup and earings won't be called a faggot.
