I miss h2 MOTM, in fact i never was able to participate, i didn't even speak english when i first came here, i registered one year later after learning english.

I suppose looking back at my modding "career" there have been quite a few highlights...
The most notable things that come to mind is the hissy fits...EG
Greenclan vs 7th santcum, ScottyGEE vs J-unit, 7th sanctum vs TF6, TD vs, TF6, TD vs everyone, High6/TD vs low8 (hehehehehe) Flyingdutchman vs ScottyGEE, TF6 vs sigs, TJC2k4 vs everyone (motm and insolence

) and that's all I can think of there.

Of course, I liked HaloGAMA, to me, it was the bomb. Every member was excellent, we were all very social, we played all our mods online, we played normal halo online, we collaborated, we got sekret appz and h4x and everyone was just so nice and it wasn't about "wow we have to beat <insert crappy club here>" it was "hey I like this idea, lets make it work". When Faisal and JC joined, activity sky rocketed and so did the outstnading mods collection...that was orsm.

Which brings me to my next point, content. I miss content now for halo 2...There's hardly any. Sure trends come and go, but I hate the fact that Halo PC and CE has outlasted Halo 2 modding...I'm going to pickup modding again, I wanna see what can happen with a few big mods...If we can get a few people to make big mods (seperate ones), then I'd like to see if its possible to bring more people back...

Also, happy 4 years...I've only seen you from time to time with somewhat humerous 3rd person posts, so I don't really know that much bout you...Obviously coz you not kool like halo 2 haxxors(mb?)

While browsing my signature folder, I also found my portion of the collab I did with K_B.

I also found another picture loaded with nostalgia.

Files forum was the best.

lol Yeah I remember all the fights between clans and stuff, and then all the best halo 2 modders brought Brok3n Halo back man that was awesome to be a part of, I remember being in Halo GAMA for 2.5 seconds then moving to Brok3n Halo sorry guys, I remember when TD always got mad because we never won a MOTM competition and we blamed it on TJ, I also remember Insolence being worshiped as if Jesus made it. I remember the Nuke Mod for coagulation lol, I also remember J-unit, he was never a dick to me. I miss when I would chill in the IRC and it would be me xbox7887 and other respectable modders and some new guys too, and It was like a week before AI in MP for H2 was released, Every night after hours of testing I would say in the IRC, I almost got it, Its gonna work, and then I would type the count down timer from my screen onto the IRC, and always once it got to 1 and the game started, Xbox7887 would always say black screen....and was right lol, I remember all the support I got from TheTyckoMan and Xbox7887 with AI, and if it wasnt for those two guys I would have never even touched AI, Guys if your reading this, I want to thank you for the years of joy you guys allowed me to have. You both inspired me to continue doing what I do and not give up, Thanks to the both of you.

In a nutshell this place is always been like a safe haven for everyone in a sense, sometimes we all can be assholes (yes all of us have been at one time) but in the end, all we have to do is go on live, and teabag each other and its usually resolved. Thanks halomods for 4+ years of this site. Lets go for four more!!!

Ahaha, Saddam for 2004! was an amusing man. Also I miss the dark theme. It was excellent. I miss the cleaning during early 2005 of the files forums...

Yeah, I remember visiting the site in the summer of 2005 and seeing that it was going to be shut down for a few weeks.

I miss the free time I had summers before...chatting in the old #halomods IRC channel when it was active...plugin creation and other research collaborations with TheTyckoMan and friends...and all of the older applications and the people who devoted their time to creating them. Sadly enough I didn't do it for the mods, but for the challenge

It was a great learning experience and I got to know a lot of good guys in the community, then all the other assholes

Gametag reminded me of a lot of stuff as well. I remember when TJC helped me out with the Arbiter program. It was a pretty awesome experience to collaborate with someone who had considerably more experience.

I miss Pie and Leg0. I also miss being a Guardian and helping people out with Halo PC, but then the Halo 2 questions came and I became useless. I miss being ~RM~Shadow, and being good at Halo PC. I miss a lot of the older staff members; not much of us left. ._. Been around 3 and a half years since I first came to this site.

My Humble Opinions:

The library for HPC is the greatest HPC mod ever.
Wheels on Fire by B0LL is the greatest XBOX mod ever.
And Schwinz Alpha, was the greatest HCE map ever.

Dunno much about h2/h3 since I never got into modding those.
The future is gonna be interesting tbh...
