however unrelated this may be, my brother claims he can influence the weather with his mind... whenever it starts raining all of a sudden, or if the clouds move kinda funny, he'll try to convince me that he's doing it, and it gets really annoying after a while. i personally don't think he's doing anything, because there's too many uncontrollable/unmeasurable variables at the time to tell if it's just the weather by itself. besides, whenever he reads one of those 'guides', he acts as if he can immediately do it, without even putting forth any effort besides reading some web page and sitting still for 5 minutes.

i dunno, maybe i wouldn't be so skeptical of this sort of stuff if more research was conducted here, or if there was any definitive proof from past research (which i guess i just haven't heard of any.)

ya i understand about how people automatically think they can do stuff just by reading how to do it, it really annoys me some of the greatest things happen by accident, like gravity for instance.

What are you talking about gravity happened by accident? It was kind of discovered by accident if that's what you mean.

a discovery by accident same as an obe, true? apple feel hit me on the head i threw it back up and discovered what goes up must come down, gravity lol accidentally discovered as most things. i wish obe's were more researched i mean people research dreaming, and spontaneous re combustion "im not sure if its re or just combustion" , so why not obe's? or a research of a more deeper proportion other than just saying some people have them this is how to do it. im more interested in what triggers it, how does it affect my body, health, ect.
