Honestly not sure.fishface617 wrote:Just in case you missed my question earlier, i would still like to know the annual income vs. profit. =)
Thats not really a question about disneyland. If you need directions, try mapquest. Also, I do not work for Disney, but, as soon as I finish college, I plan to move down to Anehiem and work at Disneyland for a good portion of my life.[CL]9mm-Man wrote:How far away is disneyland florida from my house?
Also do you work for disneyland
How much are they paying you to know all this?
I believe the average speed on Test Track is about 24 Mph. The top speed is 68 Mph. As for Mission space, Disney has not confirmed the amount of G's you pull. It is pretty significant though. By far the most intense ride I've ever ridden.F22raptorpilot wrote:I have only two questions, how many G's does Mission:Space pull, and how fast does the car on test track actually get up to?

Quite a few. In fact, someone tried to sue Disney to get rid of characters in which thier faces are not shown as currently you cannot see the type of person inside. It was thrown out. Also, a good number of people claim them to be sexual perverts. One case was filed by a heavy set women who claimed that one of the thress little pigs grabbed her breasts and sqealed "Mommy". The women dropped the case after Disney showed the women that the pigs arms were inoperable stubs that move by tugging on a bar inside the costume. They could not do what the women described they did.Ombre wrote:How many of the actors have been accused of being child molesters?
I do admit, some dates such as the years Tinkerbell worked in the Park I had to look up again. But most everything else is out of memory.Sarb wrote:How much of this are you getting off Google?
I'm not exactly sure how much the Geodesic dome weighs. I think its upwards in the hundreds of thousands of tons. It took 4 or 5 extremly large cranes to get it into place. I don't know the top speed of the compartents. It is really fast though. My guess would be 50 Mph.RaVNzCRoFT wrote:How much does the Epcot ball weigh?
And what is the top speed in which the compartments on Mission: SPACE are spun?
Unfortunantly, no. Not after Spartan Foods told them what the hamburgers were actualy made of(Its not cows.)Deomitrus wrote:Does Disney Land get some of their food from Spartan Foods?
Of courseMunsie wrote:Locke, would you like to write the book "Disney Land for Dummies" and just outline everything you know?

I think Disneyworld has upwards around 30,000+ acres. Does any body want to share the story of how Disney aquired all of those acres? Or should I...DoorM4n wrote:How large is DisneyWorld in acres?
I'm not sure how much gunpowder is used, but I do know that the average firework show per night costs around $41,000 in fireworks.pyroman31 wrote:How much gunpowder is there at DisneyLand to have fireworks every night?
How many deaths have occured at DisneyLand, not just counting the ones where the ride fails.
There have been quite a few deaths at Disneyland. Heres a small list:
1. People mover (2) (Crushed)
2. Gang Violence (3) (Shootings and stabbings)
3. Monorail (1) (Ran over)
4. Pirates (1) (Heart Attack)
5. Columbia (1) (Metal Cleat went through the guests waiting in line after being ripped up from the dock)
5. Thunder Mountain (1) (Stood up and was thrown from the car)
6. America Sings (1) (Host fell between the theater and the wall. Rotating theater crushed her)
7. Rivers of America (1) (Drowning)
8. Matterhorn (1) (Stood up and was thrown from the car)
Note, these are just numbers that I remember and am %100 positive. People die at Disneyland quite frequently to natural causes. The numbers above are less than the total number of deaths.
Heres a few more secrets for you.Jubakuba wrote:Ok...you said "secret areas" as in plural.
I now know of the tunnels...
what else is there? (especially in cali)
Actually, anything easter-egg like would be amazing
1. There is a light above the firehouse. It is kept on in memory of Walt. There is a full apartment up there that Walt used to stay in when he visited Disneyland. When the light was on, that meant he was in. When Walt was in, every employee was on thier best behavior.
2. If you walk into the castle, stare at the ground. There is a golden spike in the ground. That is the exact center of Disneyland.
3. If you face the haunted mansion and look to the right of the building, you will see a gate. Behind it is a pet cemetary. Guests do not normaly get to see this.
(Surprised no one asks about the haunted mansion)
4. On Buzz Lightyears Spin, you shoot targets with lazers. In the second room if you look up and into a corner there is a target there. Shoot it for 1 million points.
5. On the Jungle cruise, there is an elephant that shoots water at the boat. You think its water, but actualy its'not. (Read that outloud)
I suspect The Honey I shrunk the Audience will eventualy change, but currently, there are no plans to do so.Xiion wrote:will tommorrow land ever get rid of the "honey i shrunk the audience" 3-d movie? its just not a very ammusing... erm... 3-d attraction. i didnt really enjoy it all, and not many people go to visit it. its all about space mountain. oh yeah, and about space mountain, how many repairs has it had since it was built? and when was the most recent one, and why.
Space Mountain breaks down at least once every two days(If not more). The ride has been open since 1979, you do the math

About the time I went 10-13 years ago, there was a Honey I Shrunk The Audience-type of show with the hoses and stuff. It either was related to the movie Aliens or was a blatant knockoff of it (most likely), but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called. This was at Disney World though, so I'm not sure you'd know. Google and wikipedia turned up nothing.
Anyways, how hot does it get inside one of the costumes?
