It wasn't their call. he did not commit any crimes against the U.S. , Therefore, we have no jurisdiction over him. He committed crimes against his own country, Iraq's New legal system had jurisdiction over him, after we handed him over to them. why do people whine about violent video games when most kids dont become violent when they play them but then they watch the news and wind up dead...something to think about..
