Patrick's comment was not an insult or attack. Yours was.
There was no evidence in Patrick's post (smilies, etc.) that proves his comment was meant to be an insult.

Wow, why am I not surprised to see a bunch of little kids flip out at the sight of a girl online. Grow up. She happens to be one of my close friends, not my girlfriend. My guess is that the little kids saying she is not attractive are skinny little 12 year old nerds that are just jealous they don't have friends that hot.
