Well there's no way inside the grated room, and there's a deathzone inside...so yeah, you can see it if you stand on a platform and look closely, but you're not going to be able to get right next to it without Yelo.

Just stand against the grated room, on the little lip, with a sniper rifle... and you can see it in as much detail as you're gonna want to. :)
