OBE out of body experience

i had one today but i was controlling my body at the same time it was at my brothers soccer game 5 minutes into the game i stood up and moved behind the seats because my mom wanted to sit and then i all the sudden could see myself and then i popped back in my head and i was thinking WTF!?!?!

mine might of been because i had a extreamly high amount of sugar in my body. dude danke you can get in serious trouble if a cop was on here for saying you smoke crack.

not sure what to think about this. one one hand it could be an illusion/simulation created by the mind (which i believe to be the case) or an actual phenomenon where you are somehow able to experience real-life events from a 3rd-person perspective, which as far as i know doesn't follow any established rules.

okay some are just created but some have to be true, seriously my friend has never seen an aerial view of our town yet i got a pic of it and he pointed out like all the stuff exactly even the little stuff like a traffic light on a certain street. Also i have never had one while smoking, i just zone out, but driving home is so much fun all slow mo and stuff. back to topic, iv tried to control my self and make me have one but i only got to like the stage right before lifting out of your body then i feel asleep.

also CE dude u seriously need to pay attention in class's

ahh i don't listen half the time in class and i do fine. i have these experiences all the time and i freak my teacher out because i was realy tired at the time so i made myself look like i was asleep at the time and when she was about to tap me i open my eyes and move and she jumped and got so freaked out, its mainly because my 6th sense its strong ive honestly said what teacher person and class is following me and were im not right all the time but im close when it comes to teachers and people i know.
