If you really want to see something amazing, go somewhere you've never heard about.
If you're looking for somewhere where it's made for tourists, I'd suggest Italy or something.

It depends on where you go in Italy, Rome, Florence, and Venice are packed in tourist seasons. But went I went to Bolongna it was beautiful and it wasnt that bad in terms of tourists. It all depends where you go at what times. And if you are fluent in Spanish, Italian is no problem.
