I have one! I made it almost 3 years back. I dont use it for halo PC/CE though, since it sucks for aiming. However it makes a great controller for use with n64 emulators.
I didnt have a soldering iron or anything then, so everything inside of it held together with masking tape. But it still works. ^_^
