My schedule (typically, work varies):
8-9ish - 12 am: Wake up, shower, computer/Xbox 360.
12 - 5ish pm: Work (at a local Deli/Cafe)
5ish - 11ish pm: More computer/Xbox 360, dinner, maybe movie.
11 pm - 8-9ish am: Sleep
Rinse, wash, repeat.

I work more than I should. I get around 3 days off a week, which I mostly spend resting, playing games, and messing around on the computer. I can't complain about the pay though. I just bought a 32" Samsung LCD HDTV and an Xbox 360.

YES! I'M FREE!

all i have now is some less intense practices after school, football games, and competitions. we had the band show thing whwere people could come and watch us go through our show, and i think it went pretty well. our first movement is sorta general band stuff. not too fast, but sorta quick, and i believe it's from the new batman movie, although i'm not sure. it's sorta between order and chaos, although it has parts where it has alternating measures of 3/4 5/8

our second movement is only about 16 measures long and i don't play at all. it's an orderly woodwind feature.

our third movement is from ice age and is total chaos. time doesn't change as much as in the first movement but it's very technical and definitely chaos/mayhem.

i'm gonna have to get a recording for you guys, it rocks.

something i learned: this shirt is based on fact, and i'll be wearing it next band camp and all the ones after.

sunblock is necessary

band tans. the part of your arm facing the ground all the time is alot paler in contrast with the other side, you get a tan line where your sock stops, and the t-shirt tans of course.

you need water. a towel soaking in icewater is very refreshing when put on the back of your neck. putting ice in your bandanna before you fold it up into a headband is a very good idea, and gives you a steady, refreshing drip of icewater for a good 15-20 minutes.

Black shirts absorb much more sunlight and energy. The title makes perfect sense. :D

Freud would say that t-shirt is for attention. Once you get that attention you get sexual urges for the flute chicks.

School starts for me on Wednesday, but I gave up band like 5 years ago. 07!!!

Hell, we played a band piece last year that was 300 measures long and switched time signatures 200 of those measures, went back and forth between 7/8, 5/7, 11/8, 9/4, 4/4, 3/4... and so on. It was a really cool piece though.
