Fun free game where the community MAKES everything. And I don't mean a crafting system. They model and script everything themselves.

i would not waste my time on that piece'o's*** java game, i think it was a waste of time to make and a waste of tim eto play, if you play it u have absoultly no life and absolutly no dignity. those are me 2 cents

If you wana play something, play Knight Online. Great game, better graphics than RS, better engine, more players, less scammers, admins always near by. . . must i go on?

I hardly know what it is, but I'll probably never play it. All I know is that an annoying kid at my school who only reads fantasy books plays that game, so that's enough to make me not play it.

So pretty much your saying that I have no life? How would you know? Do you have cameras stuck into your computer, wired by yourself, that can track anyone, anywhere? I wouldn't be surprised, because usually the accuser, is the one who actually is.

Also, if I actually didn't have a life, atleast I took grammar lessons.

Lol, all of the nerds at my school play it, yet all of my best friends and myself do also, and we are not in the nerd family lol. We're pretty much popular, everyone around the school knows us.

Why would you play that game?! The animations are crappy, 2 people swing back and forth! OOOH! That's alota action! A bunch of people swinging pickaxes up and down! BIG DEAL! Even flash games are better than that! And why the f_ck do people pay to play that piece of $hit! They should've put more effort into making this game!. . .

both of you please stop going back & forth. Lets set it straight.

Runescape is a bad looking game, full of scammers, and kind of a waste of time.

BUT They got a large fanbase, open ended, and somewhat unique.

But the repetitivness makes it old, really fast.

Advice for anyone that plays this game: Amazingly, theres another form of Human. They're called girls. Try talking to them.

I agree with EVERYONE except Fourn. I also do have a life. I have NO clue why Runescape is so fun? It just is....and its addicting. Also, you say domination and I are nerds? Look on eBay and look at how much people are buying those accounts for......THATS NO LIFE! I am in fact playing becuase A: its actually fun. B: I can make money

There was an account on there for $1,000! Now please tell me when the last time you played a free java game and sold a USERNAME and PASSWORD for that much........

i have to agree the game is pretty boring what fun is it running around and hit rocks and it might be better if u could use the arrows on your keyboard to walk and not have to click all the time

I do talk to them, I even have a girlfriend. Members, is free of scammers, is not a waste of time, and is plenty more fun than free. It doesn't get old, if you actually play it right. Half of you guys say the game has bad graphics because you have mabye some poor internet, which causes the game to appear choppy. With my internet, I see pretty good graphics for an ONLINE GAME! That's the point you guys are missing. MICROSOFT DID NOT make this game. THIS GAME IS NOT SOLD ON STORES!! IT IS AN ONLINE GAME!! It's not meant to be Halo, it's not meant to be Half Life 2, it's meant to be RuneScape. It's meant to be an online MMORPG which, if you guys haven't noticed, has brought in a crowd of over 1 million players. If 1 million people actually had no life, the world would be in trouble. If 1 million people hasn't even had a girlfriend, we'd have some problems with monkeys becoming the dominate species. If 1 million people who were stupid enough to play what you described, we'd also be in trouble, but this isn't the game you described, and more than likely, it's gonna be some major news to you.

And if you honestly think we have no life, like Nicktard said, look on EBay. I've seen accounts sold for $1000+

I dont know about the other guys, but I dont compare games outside of leagues. Theres a LOT more better Online games than Runescape. Trackmania, GunZ, Face Of Mankind, and Kuma/War to name a few.

Apparently, there are people with absolutely no lives. Those people are beyond the "guy living in moms basement" people.
