I'm not saying that it is a bad OS, I'm just going to wait for the full release.
The right-click menus that have that glitter-glass around them, I hate them and they are the sole reason I stopped using Windows 7. If M$ stopped trying to make an OS that looked appealing to consumers and created something that was responsive and usable I would buy into it. Maybe they should just rethink the entire Aero theme altogether...

Perhaps, but I actually enjoy the Aero theme in general. But when the small things, like a wasted 7 pixels around a context-menu that causes the menu to float higher than it should above the mouse, gets in the way of seamless productivity something is wrong. Maybe I was just 'ruined' by ubuntu :p
There are plenty of alternative themes available elsewhere. You wouldn't knock down an Operating System based on the default wallpaper, would you? You'd just replace it, as you would if you didn't like the theme.
Search around, there's some nice stuff on the internet.

Just to be clear and that I don't fuck up my laptop, how would I install this into another partition. I have virtual clonedrive but when I make a partition, it isn't large enough for windows 7 to be installed in. I want to be able to dual boot windows 7 and windows vista
Click the start orb and type in diskmgmt.msc
Right click on your C: drive and select shrink volume. I believe that 10,000 mb should be enough to install W7. Then you must format that partition and assign it a drive name and letter.
Then tell w7 to install it to that partition when it asks.
