I am getting that. No doubt. I do like my 30 though. All old, and with two zeroes on the far left of the serial.

Mine is 06 on the far left of the SN, but it is a classic 30GB. Actually got mine when you posted that $100 Buy.com sale!

I would assume your SN starting off with 00 means it's much older Zune than mine?

The metal bit on the bottom looks nice. It could be a bit wider to my tastes.
Still a decent entry into the market, it'll be cool to see how it functions in daily usage compared to other players.

It won't be. it can't be. Zunes are notorious for not being open-ended, but fully exploitable. I love the look of that Zune. it has the looks that'd make most people regardless of specs. I just need something for the car. I got new Alpine SD speakers and Radio here doesn't do justice. Depending on which i prefer more, the lesser will remain in the car. And yeah, the 00 means it was a lot older than yours. I just got it closer to release.

Since its got the HD tagline, I'd assume it'd be a lteast a little larger than QVGA. 320x640
