The only thing that catches my eye is the PSU. Personally, I don't think you'd need anything higher than 450 or 500 watts. 700 is more for servers and machines with multiple, high-demand graphics cards or something (think crossfire or SLI).

Also, with regards to the RAM, you'd probably get better performance with a 2x2GB arrangement. That'll probably be more expensive, but I'd say it's worth it if you have a few extra dollars to spare.
