Maybe he wasn't in a right state of mind when he did it. Maybe he didn't mean to do it. Maybe that's why he took his own life, out of regret and mourning because he didn't mean to.

That's exactly what they think happened. They suspect that he accidentally murdered is wife in anger accidentally, then killed his son for some reason. Probably to protect him from seeing his Mother dead. On Monday they think in guilt of his actions, he killed himself.

Tural you also said you wanted to know what the text message given to WWE fans said. It read:

WWE Superstar Chris Benoit found dead
Written: June 25, 2007
World Wrestling Entertainment was informed today by authorities in Fayette County, Ga., that WWE Superstar Chris Benoit, his wife, Nancy, and his son were found dead in their home. Authorities are investigating, but no other details are available at this time.

That depends. Chemicals don't act on everybody equally, and it could've been that and a mixture of other factors as well. Chemical analysis will tell more.

Yeah, I was watching TV last night and you know how the news programs sometimes have commercials? They talked about the 'murder-suicide' of some wrestler being on the program.
