Im scared

See,when I logged on to this profile on my comp,I went to go see where my mother's documents were. Thing is,when I clicked on here document's on my computer,it said,"Becky's Documents are not accesible at this time"
which has scared me because I wonder if the comp is messed up and I need to reformat. Everything else works fine, so it does not have a virus. Can someone help me?
