Post by Trulife8342 »

Well im sure people remember The Ai episodes I did way back in 05 I think, Well since AI in MP is done (zones will be fixed soon), I thought I should go back to make AI mods, but I want to know what the community has to say aobut it, do you guys think I should make Ai episodes OR, Just completly redo the campaign? tell me what you guys liked and didnt like and ill try to do my best to sexy-fy the AI in Halo 2, both projects will take a good 3 months though.

A remake of the full campaign between Trulife and T Beezie, what more can I ask for. If you redo the campaign though, makesure you make it feel like a whole new campaign and not just the regular campaign with extra items (maybe if its possible, change the story around a little bit like in Night Ops. Good luck with it though, I already have a blank DVD reserved for when this comes out.

Good luck. Also MP wouldn't work too well if Bigger BSP's were to be released one day and you wanted to make an AI mod on Outskirts(full map) multiplayer, because Switching of BSP's would be glitchy, like one player in one bsp, another in another, and only one exists at a time really, cause they switch <_<.

But maybe. ;x.

switching bsps is easy if they are changing in the same way as SP. How do we do this?.... scripts! I believe you must first use a script called predict xxxx. This will probably cache the next bsp, then u use a scrtipt called switch bsp. Last theres a script to teleport the player on the other bsp.
If som1 could hand over an mp map with 2 bsps id try it.Rebuilder maybe?

@DeToX
Make it so if one player gets to the bsp it brings all the others. Less glitchy but it could create a lot of confusion.
