Can you sell modded xbox's on Ebay?

I have a hard modded xbox with a 150 gig hdd. I was going to keep it fully modded so it would be a " plug and play " modded xbox. But i wasnt sure if its against ebay's policy to sell it. So can i sell it?

...on the side note ( if i can sell it ) about how much could i get for it? it has an Xenium ICE chip in it. Its a very durable chip. never gave me problems. 150 gig hdd. fully modded. DVD2Xbox, extra applications, the whole shabang. So how much could i get for it? ( if i can sell it )

if i cant sell it on ebay does anyone know where i can sell it?
